ORDERS
Yes, all Riders Mvmnt Co orders will receive an email order confirmation once you place an order. You will also receive an dispatch confirmation once your order has been shipped.
If the rare occasion, you received an incorrect or damaged item please contact our Customer Service Team at info@ridersmvmnt.com.au. Please make sure you include your Order number, Full Name, Email address & attached photos of item within 30 days of receiving your order. For an incorrectly sent item, we will require you to return the item, and we will arrange to get the ship the correct item promptly.
REFUNDS
You may return any full price items in exchange for a store credit within 30 days of receiving your order. You can use this store credit to repurchase your your items in correct size or style.
